Returns & Exchanges

 

 

Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic we are temporarily not allowing any returns (including warranty claims and repairs) for the safety of our customers and employees. However if you have an order issues please message us through our contact form for more information. We will be accepting repairs, warranty claims and returns at a later notified date (to be determined).

 

Online order  returns must be requested within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. After inspection, if the returned item is deemed to be in sellable condition  (that means unused and undamaged) Gone Fishing will refund the purchaser of the order for the full amount of the product within 14 business days of our receipt of your package. Anyone other than the original purchaser of the order is not eligible to request or receive a refund or exchange.

 

If you are requesting an exchange, please allow 2 weeks for processing your exchange order.

Once you submit this form our returns department will review your request. If approved, we will email you a shipping label with your Return Merchandise Authorization #. Returns/Exchanges will not be processed without an RMA#.


Please enter the ordered item(s) and the exchange item(s) that you would like to receive. Enter the model # which is listed on the product page so that we can assure you get the correct exchange item. You may exchange your item(s) for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. If you exchange for item(s) of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference.

Once you submit this form our returns department will review your request. If approved, we will email you a shipping label with your Return Merchandise Authorization #. Returns/Exchanges will not be processed without an RMA#.
