Q: Is your shopping cart secure?
A: All of our payments transactions are handled by PayPal. Once you submit your order, you are transferred to PayPal's secure sever where the payment transaction takes place. PayPal automatically notifies you by email when the transaction is completed and you also receive an email notification from GONE FISHING OPTICS confirming receipt of your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If there is a problem with your order please contact customer service immediately. Online orders must be returned (at customer's expense) within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Gone Fishing Optics will refund you (via PayPal) for the full amount of the product within 5 days of our receipt of your package, provided that the item is returned undamaged.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your order. When your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information included.

A: If you have trouble ordering online you can email us to place your order. Simply let us know the item that you want and the specifics of the frame and lens color. We can send you an invoice through PayPal that you can pay on the PayPal web site. You will have the option to pay by credit card (no PayPal account needed) or to pay with a PayPal account.
Please include your shipping address in your email. If you want to order offline you can download our credit card form and fax us the order along with your payment information.
Q: Can I order by phone?
A: We cannot accept orders by phone, however you can download our credit card form and fax us the order along with your payment information. Please include the sunglass style name and frame & lens colors.
Q: Can I order parts or repair of my Gone Fishing sunglasses?
A: We do not offer replacement parts or repair of Gone Fishing sunglasses. However, if your sunglass has a manufacturing defect you can submit a warranty claim.
